About The Role
We currently have multiple positions available for Casual Bus Drivers at our Windsor depot.
We are looking for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering the best experience possible to our customers.
Do you hold amedium rigid (MR)licence or above?
We offer a4 week paid driver training programthat will build on your current heavy vehicle skills and knowledge to navigate the roads as a professional Bus Driver.

Industry Leading Rates
$***** per hour Weekday (shift loadings - range from 15% - 100% dependant on times of operation throughout the shift)

$***** attendance allowance paid daily
Hours of Work
Our drivers must be willing and flexible to work various shifts, that may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.
A large portion of shifts available for full‐time drivers are worked as split shifts.
Split shifts work by providing two portions of work to cover peak service times that accommodate school and work commutes in both the morning and afternoon.
Outside of these hours you can leave the depot to head home or run errands, or you can choose to stay at the depot and take advantage of our driver facilities.
There are also some straight shifts that may be available with shifts starting at varied times of the day, from morning, afternoon or evenings.
All depots operate seven days per week with Sunday and public holiday shifts being voluntary overtime.
Eligibility to Apply
A current and valid Medium Rigid or above driver's licence
A good driving history
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check.
Have a current NSW Driver Authority is highly desired (or be willing to obtain one)
Suitable applicants that do not have the required licence and Authority, Busways may offer you:
Paid induction and mentor training
Attend a Driver Authority Course with Busways and help with the application process
