Akira Sushi Bowral is seeking a hands-on Chef to join our premium Japanese dining team in Bowral, NSW.
This full-time role involves preparing and presenting sushi, sashimi, hot dishes, and seasonal items to our high standards.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain quality, safety, and efficient kitchen operations.
Ideally you have robust knife skills, at least 3 years in a sushi or Japanese kitchen, and a relevant culinary qualification such as Certificate IV in Commercial
