Qualifications
Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high‐performing teams
A sales‐driven mindset with the capability to deliver financial results and KPI's
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A values‐led, collaborative, and adaptable approach,



with the ability to lead change and build strong customer and retail relationships
