Service Coordinator - Part Time - Welshpool
Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Service Coordinator to join their team in Welshpool in a part-time capacity, working 3 days per week.
This opportunity is for a minimum 6-month assignment, with the potential to be extended.

About the role
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure effective and productive service delivery to customers.
You will work closely with service technicians, customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate service activity, manage schedules, support job workflow, and help maintain a high standard of customer service.
This role will support the current Service Coordinators and provide additional resourcing to a busy team.
The broader team operates between 6:00am and 6:00pm, so flexibility is important to meet changing business needs when required.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance, installations and emergency repairs
Optimise scheduling to ensure efficient use of technician time and resources
Facilitate site entry and mobilisation requirements
Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent requests and changes
Assess customer service needs and recommend appropriate service plans
Ensure all costs are applied to service work orders in a timely manner
Generate invoices following service in line with company guidelines
Maintain and update relevant databases and service records
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service delivery
Prepare reports on service utilisation, customer outcomes and effectiveness
Assist in improving service coordination processes and procedures
Build robust relationships with technicians, customers and internal departments including sales and parts
Conduct regular follow-up to support ongoing customer satisfaction
