BlueCare Clinical Nurse – Community Services
Overview
BlueCare is expanding its clinical nursing team within the community setting, focusing on providing high‐quality in‐home care.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will support and guide frontline staff, ensuring care that promotes independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Allocate and manage a client portfolio.
Lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through guidance and mentorship.
Provide exceptional care and respond to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans.
Conduct comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents.
Assist with orientation of recent staff and ongoing professional development.
Ensure the service meets all accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
Current AHPRA registration.
Extensive general nursing experience; demonstrated clinical skills.
Current Australian Driver's Licence – Essential.
Roadworthy & insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum) – Essential.
Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care.
Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team; ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship.
Previous community nursing experience and knowledge of community funding highly desirable.
