About the Role
As a Landscaping Team Leader, you'll lead a small crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Estimating team to bring award-winning landscape designs to life.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential construction projects
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule
Read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Mentor apprentices and junior landscapers
Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety requirements
Operate and maintain a wide range of landscaping tools and machinery
Complete site documentation and communicate project progress with the office
What We're Looking For




Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction
Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew
Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques including wet-laid paving, retaining walls, irrigation systems, concreting, tiling and fencing.
Ability to read landscape plans and set out projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A positive attitude with a strong focus on quality and customer service
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on site
Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
White Card (essential)
