Kirinariis a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers.
Kirinari employ over **** staff in various regions across VIC, NSW and TAS.
About the Position
As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership to a team within a therapeutic setting to ensure person-centred care for people who receive support and participation services with Kirinari.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to identify and manage risk, and a commitment to therapeutic and strengths-based practice.
You will work collaboratively with customers, families, and stakeholders to ensure supports are delivered in a respectful, protected, and person-centred manner.




This position is Full-Time hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as practicable.
About You
Previous experience in the Health sector is highly regarded
Demonstrated leadership experience is highly regarded
Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability
Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
Ability to obtain a paid NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencement
Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
Smart Phone
Current Australian Driver's Licence
