We're searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at theSeacliff Beach Hotel- the beating heart of our local community and the place where pub classics meet plates locals can't get enough of.
Salary:From $95,000 + superannuation + bonus
Located right on the beachfront is the iconicSeacliff Beach Hotel, known for it's prominent location, The Seacliffhas been has been serving thirsty locals and visitors alike since ****.The Cliffas we're known by locals is renowned for our food offering, and our extensive ice cold beer list, with a huge collection of wine and spirits to go with it.
Our menu takes inspiration from it's close proximity to the beach, with the freshest seafood, clean and healthy salad bowls, and pub favourites taken to the next level.
Guests can take a seat in our Captains or Bucket and Spade Bar and keep an eye on the game, with eight large screen available.
Whether our guests are celebrating, popping in for a cheeky drink after work, or catching up over a meal with loved ones, theSeacliff Beach Hotelis the place to be.
A day in the life of a Head Chef:
Command the kitchen like it's your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitable
Be a key part of the leadership crew, working closely with the Publican and FOH team
Share your passion, skills, and creativity to grow a high-performing kitchen team
Keep the connection between the kitchen and front of house flowing with good vibes and great food every shift
Inherent requirements:




This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

You've got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted
