We're looking for a Production Team Member to join our Lietzke Team in Hendon, SA.
Whether you've worked as a factory hand, process worker, production operator, or you're looking for a fresh start, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
The Production Team Member will help manufacture high-quality timber and metal doors for commercial and residential projects.
Your responsibilities include:
Assemble and adjust components using hand and power tools
Fit components accurately based on job orders
Assists in a range of routine tasks in a factory environment such as cleaning, stock handling, machining, maintenance, metal and wood working,
Loading / unloading stock and material preparation.
Manage materials to ensure minimal wastage
Working to hourly targets and KPIs
Conducing quality checks on your own work
You'll also:
Report defective goods
Keep your work area clean and safe
What We're Looking For
Experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting (factory, production, assembly, or fabrication)
Ability to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square
Comfortable using power tools
Reliable, team player, and able to work independently




Commitment to safety and willingness to follow WHS guidelines and wear PPE
