The
Chance As a key member of the Transformation team, you will
support the on-time delivery of portfolio-driven Recent Product
Development initiatives by applying strong project management
skills and working closely with cross-functional teams.
This role
offers growth in Agile, Stage-Gate and Lean development
methodologies and the chance to contribute meaningfully to bringing
innovative FMCG solutions to market.
What You'll Do Support project
planning and execution to deliver NPD outcomes aligned with Noumi
processes.
Coordinate scheduling, resources, stakeholder
communication and team collaboration.
Work with marketing,



sales,
operations and technical teams to support product launches and
renovations.
Contribute to problem-solving, decision-making and
governance of the NPD process.
Develop project leadership by
supporting senior project managers and leading smaller initiatives.
