As we continue to expand, we are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Yard Hand / Machine Operator to join our team based in Jandakot, Perth, supporting the safe and timely dispatch of pools and materials from our manufacturing yard.

About the Role
In this role, you will support our manufacturing yard operations by performing physical handling, cleaning, machine operation, and product loading tasks.
You'll operate forklifts, gantry cranes, and pool trailer systems to ensure pools and materials are moved and dispatched safely and efficiently — all while keeping safety front of mind.
What you'll be doing?
Operating forklifts, gantry cranes, and pool trailer systems to safely move pool shells and materials within the Fitout Bay and yard.
Preparing, positioning, and securing pools and accessories for dispatch, loading and installation.
Performing general yard labouring duties — cleaning, sweeping, strapping, and basic maintenance of plant and work areas.




Using hand tools and correct manual handling techniques for all lifting, slinging, and moving tasks.
Completing daily pre-starts, load checklists, and basic inspection forms.
Supporting production flow across other manufacturing or dispatch zones as required, including trailer alignment and spotter duties.
What we're looking for?
Physically capable of manual labour, including lifting and repetitive movement.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a safety-first mindset.
The ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work well in a team.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
A White Card, or willingness to obtain one (desirable).
Must hold a current Gantry crane (non-slewing/remote)
