Customer Success Specialist | $70K - 80K base salary | Sydney (Crows Nest)

Responsibilities
Building relationships with medical professionals across Australia acting as a trusted advisor
Becoming a product expert driving adoption through proactive support, training and troubleshooting
Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience
Managing order processing and logistics
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and contributing ideas as the company scales globally
Qualifications
Must have 1-2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
Must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to stay composed and solutions-focused under pressure
