The Opportunity
Join our team and play a vital role in advancing clinical research.
As a key member of UniSC Clinical Trials, you will ensure all trial activities comply with ICH Good Clinical Practice, ethical protocols, UniSC Clinical Trials Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Please note, this role requires flexibility to travel to different clinical trial sites as needed and to work outside standard business hours to support confinement studies and other time‐sensitive trial activities.
The position also requires participation in a 24/7 on‐call or confinement roster.
Responsibilities
Support the Clinical Trials Coordinator and other clinical trials staff with all Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) approved protocol requirements across the clinical trial life cycle, in accordance with appropriate training and experience.
Work collaboratively with the UniSC Clinical Trials team, sponsors and monitors to ensure high quality and safe conduct of clinical trials conducted by UniSC CT.

You are a proactive problem‐solver who exercises sound judgment and takes initiative when needed.
With strong computer literacy, including advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite and experience with databases, you work efficiently and effectively in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to new challenges while maintaining accuracy,
attention to detail, and high‐quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Degree qualification in Health Science/Bio-Medical Science or similar; or a certificate level qualification; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice.
Exercise sound judgement, take initiative and solve problems.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools and experience with software programs including databases.
Prior experience within a clinical research workplace is preferred.
