The opportunity
We're seeking a high calibre individual to join the finance team in our Head Office in West Perth.
This is a fast‐paced role which will require a high level of administration and data entry skills.
Reporting to theBroking Support Coordinator, key responsibilities include:
Accurate data entry and processing of invoices, renewals, endorsements and new business.
Maintaining relationships with our Insurance Brokers by responding to phone andemail enquiries, delivering to deadlines.
Working effectively with immediate team members to ensure monthly KPIs are being met.
Providing processing support to eight offices Australia wide.
About you
While insurance experience would be an advantage, you'll be looking for an opportunity to provide superb customer service and contribute to our positive team dynamics.
