The Role
This is a customer-focused role where you'll be fully trained and supported to:
Build genuine rapport with customers and brokers as you guide them through their loan application over the phone.
Complete loan assessments and draft loan approvals that suit customer needs with the support of a collaborative team and your leader.
Independently manage a portfolio of loan applications, keeping customers engaged and up to date with clear and prompt communication.
Follow our proven processes to create a loan experience that customers will value and remember.
Is This You?
You have experience in customer service or client services in finance or related industries (insurance, broking, real estate, conveyancing).
You're organised, great at managing your time, and love working towards clear goals with a competitive commission structure.
You're adaptable, and enjoy solving problems with a genuine passion for helping people.
You thrive in a team workplace and are excited to work from our modern Sunshine Coast offices.
