The Bureau of Meteorology is seeking a skilled Workplace Relations qualified to provide specialist employee and industrial relations advice, supporting the Enterprise Agreement and Commonwealth legislation.
The role includes internal investigations into suspected APS Code of Conduct breaches, action reviews of employment decisions, and applying conflict resolution strategies for disputes and grievances in line with the Fair Work Act **** and the bureau's policies.
