Job Overview
The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
The role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is desirable.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
Skills:Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies:Analytical skills; attention to detail; problem‐solving; empathy.
