About the Team
Join the team behind Triple M Gold Coast, one of Australia's most iconic radio brands.
We're a passionate crew dedicated to creating unforgettable listener experiences that reflect the unique tone, humour, and community spirit of Triple M. Based in our Gold Coast office, you'll be part of a cooperative, creative environment that thrives on energy, ideas, and a love of radio.
This is a 12-month parental leave contract.
A day in the life?
As a Brand Experience Lead, you'll be the driving force behind promotional activity for Sea FM & Triple M Gold.
You'll work closely with the local content team to bring shows like Triple M Breakfast with Leisel Jones, Liam and Spida to life through creative audience experiences, content monetisation, and client integration.
You'll lead the planning and execution of on-air, online, and on-the-ground activations that connect with our loyal listeners and deliver on GFK objectives.
From designing street team campaigns to collaborating on branded content, you'll ensure every touchpoint reflects the Triple M brand - fun, cheeky, down-to-earth, and community-minded.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in brand,



promotions, or audience engagement - ideally within media or entertainment.
Strong creative thinking and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with content teams, talent, and commercial stakeholders.
A deep understanding of Triple M's tone and audience, and a passion for creating experiences that resonate.
