Podiatrist | BlueCare | Caboolture
We are seeking a dedicated podiatrist to join our team on a permanent full‐time or part‐time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
The role is based in Caboolture with additional service area in Morayfield and involves a mix of clinic visits and home visits.
Salary is $***** – $***** per hour (depending on experience) plus superannuation, salary packaging, travel reimbursement and employee benefits.
About the role
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver person‐centred podiatry care for community‐based adults and older clients.
Your primary focus will be to maintain and encourage client independence while considering their physical and social wellbeing.
You will receive clinical supervision and administrative support from senior staff and Allied Health Assistants.
Responsibilities
Provide podiatry assessment and treatment to community‐based clients, including aged care and disability cases.
Manage and grow a community caseload with realistic productivity targets.
Deliver care in a clinic setting with home visits as required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using digital record systems.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals to other BlueCare services.
Adhere to BlueCare's philosophy, policies, and procedural requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Current AHPRA registration with unlimited work rights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong clinical capability in podiatry assessment and treatment for community‐based clients.
Effective time‐management and prioritisation skills to meet caseload and service goals.
Accurate documentation skills using digital systems.
Commitment to BlueCare's policies, procedures, and the Uniting Church of Australia values.
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle (minimum third‐party property).
