What You'll Be Doing:
Join the Dulux Acratex team as our Victorian based Territory Manager, managing the Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo, Shepparton & Albury/Wodonga region.
You'll represent trusted, market-leading products and work closely with our valued customers and internal teams to grow our presence in the market.
We'll support you with full training, including CRM systems, product knowledge, and strategy.
You'll be part of a high-performing, diverse team that values collaboration, fresh ideas, and different perspectives.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident, people-focused, and enjoys building strong relationships.
You'll thrive if you're commercially savvy, data-driven, and a great communicator.
There will be some overnight travel required from time to time.

Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with our national framework
Manage your contacts and projects using our CRM tools
Drive growth across key texture coating categories
Develop a strong local project pipeline in your territory
Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives
Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations
