Your Role in the Department
As Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership within the Modbury ED.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the coordination of patient flow, acuity management, and protected staffing across shifts
Providing direct clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and students
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and compliance
