The Role
We're a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard‐working and fun. This is a Lawyer position, working alongside Nicholas Edwards, our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency. The team has grown to be a leading R&I; practice, and you will be given exposure to a wide range of issues arising from corporate distress with a focus on restructuring and turnaround. You will have the opportunity to act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed debt funds, corporates and company directors.
Qualifications
With at least 2+ years' experience
Strong front‐end Restructuring and Insolvency experience (however also open to candidates with a mixed practice)
With a genuine passion for Restructuring & Insolvency
Willing to work in a fantastic team culture
Entrepreneurial and innovative mind‐set
