Join Goodlife Health Clubs as a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant/MSC).
You'll be the first person members meet, driving new memberships and fostering a supportive environment that inspires healthier lives.
Responsibilities
Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referral campaigns.
Generate and convert high‐quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities.
Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
Create great member journeys through positive, personalized interactions.
Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
Open and close the club as per the club roster.
Actively participate in member retention programmes, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club‐based products that boost results.
About You
Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds and help them succeed.
Solid problem‐solving skills to overcome obstacles.
Excellent communication abilities to listen, understand, empathise and influence.
Tenacity and natural drive to achieve individual and team targets.
