Service Delivery Manager
in
Canberra, Brisbane
and
Melbourne.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
At least 5 years' experience in service delivery management including change management, incident management, and stakeholder relationship management.
Manages the execution of business process improvements.
Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit current technologies and automation.
Monitors service delivery channels and collects performance data.
Assists with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards.
