Responsibilities
Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
Manage administration associated with the tutoring role, including Kronos administration
Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site
Spend time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees
Attend Organisational Development team meetings
Keep training records up to date at all times
You will need
Training experience in a similar environment
Strong knowledge and leadership of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
A solutions focus and ability to follow through
A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player
Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
Confident with computers and an ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
