What You'll Be Doing
Lead and implement the site maintenance strategy
Drive plant reliability, uptime, and performance outcomes
Manage preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
Oversee contractors and maintenance systems
Lead root cause analysis and improvement initiatives
Plan and schedule maintenance to align with operational needs
Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management standards
Develop and coach your team to build capability and performance
Up to
$1,000 net annually

What We're Looking for
Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical trade background
Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing
Strong track record in maintenance strategy and reliability improvement
Experience with Maintenance Management systems (e.g. MEX) and structured maintenance systems
Ability to influence, coach and build high-performing teams
Strong problem‐solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset
Flexibility to work varied hours to engage with both AM/PM shift team members
