About the Role
This is an opportunity for a Chef or highly experienced Cook to restore work-life balance and contribute to the aged care sector.
Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements, focusing on food safety standards.
Support senior hospitality staff with menu design and implementation.
Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.
Role Requirements
As a Chef, you'll take pride in presentation, be knowledgeable in nutrition, and understand the impact of dietary requirements on aged residents.
Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience.
Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards.
Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
