About the job
As an Inclusive Employment Australia Ongoing Support Consultant your responsibilities will include:
Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers, this will involve face to face, phone and on the job support
Identify any barriers that may impact upon ongoing employment and address them promptly to ensure the placement is retained
Monitor work placements for participants who have already been engaged in employment beyond 26 weeks, towards the achievement of monthly targets
Work closely with current and potential employers on their labour needs, identifying opportunities to market participants for additional placements
Assist with verifying and obtaining evidence of employment, including payslips
Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focussed, high performance approach to the role
About you
Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirable
Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support will be highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders
Ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability
Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI's, using your analytical mindset to interpret data to achieve outcome
Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required
