Electricians
with a background in
Rail Infrastructure or Rolling Stock
to join a major
Pilbara rail level crossing upgrade project
.
This project will involve upgrading and replacing the
solar and power systems that currently support BHP's rail level crossings
, helping improve the reliability and performance of critical rail infrastructure across the network.
The initial project scope includes approximately
***** level crossing sites
, with the potential for further works across the wider network of
90+ level crossings
for candidates and teams who deliver quality outcomes.
About the Role
FIFO opportunity on a
2/1 roster
Initial project duration of
3 months
, with potential extension to
12+ months
Electrical upgrades and installation work within the
rail corridor
Working on solar and power systems supporting rail level crossings
Opportunity to contribute to a significant long-term rail infrastructure program
About You
We are looking for experienced Electricians who have:
Proven experience in




Rail Infrastructure or Rolling Stock
Previous
mine site experience essential
– this role is not suited to candidates entering mining for the first time
Experience working in high-risk environments with a strong safety focus
Ability to work effectively within a rail corridor environment
Current electrical qualifications and relevant licences
Candidates with a
Rolling Stock background

Previous mining experience required
