What you'll be doing
As a CA/SCA, you'll be a key member of the project team and involved in:
Procurement and subcontract management
Trade letting and tendering
Variations and contract administration
Cost forecasting and financial reporting
Progress claims and cash flow management
Managing procurement and EOT registers
Assessing subcontractor claims and variations
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
Supporting successful project delivery from start to finish
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience as a Contract Administrator, Senior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
A solid understanding of procurement and contract management
Robust commercial acumen and financial literacy
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, quantity surveying or a related field will be highly regarded.
