The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a proactive and energetic Sanitor to join the team based at our industrial bakery in Liverpool, NSW.
Reporting to the Sanitation Manager, the Sanitor will perform a full range of sanitation functions throughout the bakery to ensure the site's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Available shift
Tuesday - Friday: 5AM – 1PM
Saturday:



6AM - 4PM with flexibility required to work around production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Disassemble / re‐assemble and sanitise bakery equipment and components
Complete routine wash downs & wet cleaning as per schedule
Manage waste removal, mopping, scrubbing, and detail cleaning as directed
Follow standard Sanitation SOPs and guidelines to complete tasks
Maintain and accurately complete key documents and reports.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred.
Availability and flexibility to work in a shift environment.
Food Manufacturing/Industry experience will be highly regarded.
Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under specific timescales.
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative
Physical capacity for heavy lifting of up to 25kg in a safe manner.
