About the role
The Compliance Officer (Third Party Provider Services) monitors and assesses compliance across a range of external service providers, including data-sharing organisations, vehicle dealers, driver training providers and behaviour change program providers. The role identifies compliance risks, applies relevant legislation and standards, and provides advice and reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.
The role delivers risk-based compliance activities, prepares detailed reports, supports information security and compliance outcomes, and builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. It also manages competing priorities, contributes to a high-performing team, and undertakes other duties as required.

You'resomeone who:
Thinks critically, analyses information objectively and identifies practical solutions to support sound decision-making.
Communicates clearly and confidently, tailoring written and verbal communication to suit different audiences.
Plans and manages work effectively, prioritising tasks to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Applies governance, auditing and compliance principles to support accountability, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Provides trusted advice and recommendations to stakeholders,



helping solve complex issues and improve organisational outcomes.
Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience aligned to the role.
A current valid driver's licence. (mandatory)
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
