About the role
Essendon Football Club are looking fora passionate, people-focused
Premium Membership Coordinator
to helpgrow, retain and elevate the experience of our High Mark and Gold members.This role is all about creating meaningful connections with some of the Club'smost loyal and invested supporters, whether that's over the phone, online, inperson, or on match day.
You'll play a key role in drivingpremium membership sales and retention, delivering tailored campaigns, managingmember relationships, and creating memorable experiences in our Premium Memberrooms. With every interaction, you'll look for opportunities to strengthen theconnection between our members and the Club,



while helping supporters find themembership experience that brings them closer to the action.
From identifying upgrade opportunitiesand nurturing leads, to supporting match day activations and premium memberevents, you'll bring energy, care and commercial focus to every touchpoint.This is an exciting opportunity to combine sales, service and fan engagement ina role that helps our members feel truly valued, connected and proud to Don theSash.
About you
You're a natural relationship builderwho is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youunderstand that membership is more than a product — it's a connection to theClub, the game and the community that make Essendon special.
You'll bring strong sales experience,confidence in leading conversations, and the ability to identify opportunities,nurture prospects and close with professionalism and care. You're confident using CRM systems andmanaging data to support sales, retention and engagement outcomes. Experiencein outbound sales, membership organisations, sport, ticketing or Archtics ishighly regarded, but your ability to build relationships and represent the Clubwith pride is what matters most.
