Our client is a rapidly expanding company that specialises in product manufacturing, warehousing, and container transport. We are currently looking for a committed and dependable Production Manager for our Kwinana Beach site.
What You Will Be Doing (but Not Limited To)
Ensuring KPI's for productivity levels and compliance are met
Schedule work for the team to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner to meet dispatch requirements and fulfil daily targets
Champion the company's policies and procedures, and ensure the team is adhering to all safety, quality and other requirements
Implementing servicing schedules and repairs of plant and equipment
Ensure compliance to quality management systems
Leading staff prestart, end of day,



and tool box meetings
Commitment to providing a safe work place
Your Skills And Experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar production manager role
Ability to lead a group and drive performance results
Effective and qualified communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
A team player with attention to detail and advocate for safe work practices
Reliable, punctual and proactive
Forklift License
Current C Class (minimum) drivers license
