Job Description
As an experiencedPositive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after ameltdown.
What you'll be doing
Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans
Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices
You'll thrive with us if you:
Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status atminimum CORE level with experience
Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
Have a genuine passion for disability support
