Overview
Juniper Community is seeking aPodiatristto join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care Team.
This is an autonomous,community-based roleinvolving travel across theNorth Perth Metropolitan area, withoptional, fully paid travel to regional and remote locations including Northam and the East Kimberley.
We are recruiting for afull-time or part-time position.
Work is Monday to Friday during core business hours, with flexibility to negotiate days and hours with the successful candidate(s).
Key Responsibilities
Assess feet and provide routine foot care
Diagnose and treat foot-related conditions, including wound care and diabetic and neurovascular foot assessments
Provide advice and education to clients and families on footwear and foot care
Assess, prescribe, and fit surgical or orthopaedic footwear
Deliver corrective treatments as required
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including progress notes and care plans, to support the delivery of high-quality care
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration




Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience in community or aged care settings (desirable)
Ability to work autonomously while delivering empathetic, person-centred care to older clients
Solid time-management skills with the ability to manage a mobile caseload
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary health professionals and service providers
Strong clinical documentation and reporting skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Competitive hourly rate of $***** – $*****, depending on experience, plus access to salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 per year
Full-time or part-time opportunities supporting our North of River community clients, with flexible, family-friendly hours
Opportunities to travel within regional Western Australia, including recurring visits to Northam and the East Kimberley, with paid flights and accommodation provided for East Kimberley travel
All required podiatry equipment and consumables supplied (Optional)
