Join our team at Joondalup Health Campus as a CSSD Technician and play a key role in supporting our services, on apart-time permanent basis!
About Role:
Play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
You will be responsible for the cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping, and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
You will ensure the highest standards are maintained across the Sterilising Department and support ancillary departments.
Working closely with the Operating Theatre and other hospital teams, you will provide sterile products, instrument trays, and case carts in a timely manner where required.
You will help maintain an efficient workflow between departments and contribute to the smooth running of surgical services.
A strong focus on quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service is essential in this role.
About You:
Will have completed Certificate III in Sterilisation Services
Available to work 7-day shift roster including night shift.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and strong task orientation
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
Commitment to continuous improvement and the achievement of excellence
Excellent time management and customer Service skills
Desirable skills:
1 year Sterilising Services experience
