With HR experience, sound judgement and a proactive approach, you're comfortable navigating everything from challenging conversations to exciting new initiatives.

This role sits within People Experience and they're known around the traps as 'PX'.
They look after everything from growing skills and capabilities, training, internal communication, and human-resource related matters.
They also lead a number of initiatives that relate to enhancing our people's experience from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to leading a dedicated Wellbeing and Community Program, and designing and delivering tailor‐made training at operational and organisational levels.
As you can see from the scope of their work, this team is beyond 'HR', they live and breathe People Experience.
