Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Loyalty Team Leader to cover a 12-month parental leave contract, based in Cannon Hill with hybrid working.
You will lead loyalty and subscription marketing across our lottery and membership products, owning the loyalty strategy to grow memberships, boost retention and increase supporter value.
This hands-on leadership role combines strategy, campaign delivery and coaching of two Loyalty Marketing Specialists, reporting to the Marketing Manager - Supporter and
