Reporting to the Office Supervisor, this role is afull-time positionworking Monday - Friday between7:30am-6pm.
Role Overview
As aMedical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
A robust background in customer service or reception.
