You will mentor technicians, ensure high repair quality, safety and productive operations, and work closely with service advisors and warranty teams.
You will apply heavy vehicle diagnostics, plan repairs, escalate complex issues, and oversee productivity and service delivery while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.
