DCI Group are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in our Karratha Offices with a focus on safety, quality and Productivity.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:
Previous experience as Electrical Supervisor.
Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical supervision experience is required.




Demonstrated experience in a similar position within electrical environment.
Experience must be specifically within the mining/resources industry.
Experience leading and inspiring a diverse team in a fast paced environment.
Proven experience leading teams of 5-10 people is essential.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy.
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
