About the Role
A comfort to our residents – being a great nurse is about how you make people feel.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical care to residents.
Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for recent and existing residents.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
Qualifications
A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
Previous experience in an aged care home.
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
The ability to build rapport with residents, families,



and visitors.
Evidence of current influenza vaccination during the influenza season.
