About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for an Inventory Manager to join our Bassendean team. Reporting to the State Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control across all production materials, maintaining system integrity, and contributing to performance and customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily inventory of extrusion, glass, rubber, hardware, and other components(including SLOB management)
Accurately complete goods receipting and issue processes within ERP systems
Maintain stock records and locations, performing regular cycle counts




Liaise with Purchasing Officers to ensure timely stock replenishment
Review imported glass and end cap usage, providing improvement recommendations
Support Finance with bi-annual stocktakes
Ensure inventory accuracy and meet KPIs such as DIFOT and IDS
Analyse stock performance, trends, service levels, and inventory data to support business decisions
Lead, mentor, and support the inventory and purchasing team
What We're Looking For
Has at least 3+ years' experience in in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Is proficient using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
Has strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Communicates well across departments and takes ownership of tasks
Brings a "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members
Understands how accurate inventory management supports production efficiency and customer satisfaction
