We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented
CRM & eCommerce Coordinator
to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology and data to deliver engaging customer experiences and drive online growth.

About the Role:
Reporting to the
eCommerce & Omnichannel Manager
, you'll play an integral role in executing our CRM and eCommerce strategy across email, SMS and our online store.
You'll coordinate campaigns, manage customer journeys, maintain our Shopify website, support product launches and analyse campaign performance to continually improve customer engagement, conversion and retention.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing.
What you'll be doing:
CRM and Loyalty
Build, test and deploy engaging email, SMS and automated customer journey campaigns.
Create and manage customer segments and audience lists.
Support the ongoing optimisation of customer lifecycle journeys.
Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and deployment schedules.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future results.
eCommerce
Maintain website content, product information, pricing and merchandising.
Coordinate online product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all website updates are accurate, engaging and aligned with brand standards.
Complete quality assurance across website content and customer journeys.
Support ongoing website optimisation and customer experience improvements.
Reporting and Insights




Produce regular CRM and eCommerce performance reports.
Monitor campaign engagement, customer behaviour and online sales performance.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Who you are:
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting the details right.
You'll bring:
Experience in CRM, eCommerce or digital marketing coordination.
Experience working with Shopify or another leading eCommerce platform.
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM platform (highly regarded).
An understanding of email marketing, SMS campaigns and customer segmentation.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign and website performance data.
Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
