What you will do
Manage customer invoicing, purchase orders and warranty claim preparation
Ensure receipting and system data input of all workshop invoices is correct and up to date
Offer occasional support on the front counter, including answering calls, making bookings and creating job cards
Manage warranty parts inventory for claims
Create and manage vehicle service schedules for contract vehicles
Work closely with workshop supervisors to ensure job quality, timeframes and warranty items
Provide general administration support for the Administration Supervisor
Who are you?
Experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry
A head for numbers,



comfortable in Excel and able to pick up new computer programs easily
A customer‐service attitude
The ability to update or outline new processes and procedures
