About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will:
Deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person‐centred care plans
Apply sound clinical judgement and ethical decision‐making
Foster respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practicesEngage in ongoing professional development and training
About You
You bring:
Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
Experience with aged care software systems
A passion for elder care and person‐centred clinical practice
Ability to work a rotating roster
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Group facilitation and one‐on‐one support skills
Full working rights in Australia
