What you will enjoy doing
In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of this function
Further you will build robust collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
Identify and communicate local growth opportunitiesand maintain efficient warehouse processes
You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required
What makes you great
You have experience in a retail sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
Moreover you have a strong focus on customer service
SAP skills are desirable
Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
