The Role:
Following our successful tender win at
Sunshine Coast Airport
we are embarking on the delivery of six large scale Food & Beverage venues that will be progressively developed over the next 12 months. As a result, we are building a brand-new Food & Beverage team to support what will become our largest F&B; footprint to date.
As our core
Back of House Team
, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality food across multiple new venues.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
Assist with food prep, portioning, and stock rotation
Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house teams
Ensure compliance with Food Safety, WHS, and airport regulations
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment (preferred)
Passion for food quality and teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays




Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
