About The Role
Here at Woolworths, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition – enabling customers and colleagues to experience an workplace that is hygienically clean to work and shop in. You'll work side‐by‐side with your team while bringing a little good to everyone, every day.
What You'll Do
Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs
Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle
Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays
Carry out all pre‐start and handover routines for the vehicle
Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks
Full training and assessment in operating our trolley collection vehicles
What You'll Bring
An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to a promising role with room to grow your career
Full (unrestricted) Australian driver's licence, Provisional P2 driver's licence (Green P Plates)



or a full International driver's licence
Physical fitness essential for the role, as you will transition from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift
Availability to work Monday–Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 4pm
A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
